Refunds for forest school clubs
We want your child to be happy with their time at forest school. After school clubs run regardless of the weather.
Payment is taken for a block of after school club sessions for a half term.
If your child can no longer attend the half term you have booked, then please let us know as soon as possible. We can offer a refund if you cancel within 14 days of the half term starting.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if your child is unable to attend a scheduled session e.g. they are not in school as they are ill or they are absent for another reason. This is to ensure we can offer continuity of service over a term.
Please do get in touch directly if you have any issues with the forest school clubs either on email or by talking to the forest school leader after a session, or pass us a message via the school. Our aim is to make every child feel welcome and included — indeed, that’s the whole ethos of forest school!
If we have to cancel a session
We will offer a refund or a credit note towards a future half term if a session is cancelled due to circumstances on our side e.g. the session leader is ill.
In extreme circumstances, we may have to close the after school club due to forecasted bad weather like high winds, which make it unsafe to use the forest school areas at our locations.
We will give you as much notice as possible if a session is cancelled, for example in the case of bad weather. We aim to make the decision as early as practical to give you as much time as possible. If a session is cancelled, we will get in touch via email.
Refunds for digital products
We want you to be happy with the digital product you’ve purchased. If you download it and find it is not fit for your purpose, please get in touch within 30 days and we’ll be happy to process a refund for you, no questions asked. You will be refunded using the same payment method as you paid with.
